2004 - 2007: Iceland Academy of the Arts. BA degree in Product Design.

2003 - 2004: The Reykjavik School of Art. Basic studies for art and design.

1998 - 2002: Menntaskólinn í Reykjavík, gymnasium. Graduation.

May - August 2007: Art Festival in Reykjavik. My work was among selected designers in "Magma" ("Kvika") an exhibition on contemporary Icelandic design in Kjarvalsstadir.

june-july 2006: "Stígvél Design Duo" with Ingunn Jónsdóttir:

2005: “New vision in Icelandic tourism.” Cooperation between Iceland Academy of the Arts and Reykjavik University business department. Exhibition in Hafnarhusid, Reyjavik Museum.

2005: “Hönnunardagar” (design festival) in Reykjavík: “Romantic lights”.
Exhibition with fellow students in LHÍ.

2004: Exhibition in Borgarnes with fellow students from The Reykjavik School of Art.

Projects:

2007: Designed the trophy for "Hvatningarverðlaun Öryrkjabandalags Íslands" / "Awards of Encouragement". They are given by "The Organization of Disabled" in Iceland annually to people and organizations that have made a special effort of helping disabled people participate in the society.

Grants and awards:

2007:  Grant from Art Festival and support to make a prototype of my design: “Arterior” radiator, for "Magma" ("Kvika"), an exhibition on selected Icelandic designers in may 2007.

Summer 2006: “Stígvél Design Duo” project. Grant from Reykjavik city through Hitt Húsið (a cultural center for young people in Reykajvík).

2006: "Special Honorable Mention" for Skuggar (team work) in Icelandair competition on new ideas for the tourism industry in Iceland.
